Bahraini-Kuwaiti relations stressed

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa yesterday received Kuwaiti Interior Ministry Assistant Undersecretary for Borders Security Affairs Major General Shaikh Salim Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Sabah at Gudaibiya Palace.

He hailed Shaikh Salim’s visit to Bahrain which embodies deep-rooted fraternal ties binding both countries and peoples. Shaikh Salim Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Sabah conveyed to HRH the Premier the greetings of the Amir of Kuwait Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah and Crown Prince Shaikh Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah and their best wishes of constant progress and prosperity to Bahrain and its people.

HRH the Prime Minister asked Shaikh Salim Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Sabah to convey his greetings to the Amir of Kuwait and the Crown Prince and his best wishes of further progress and prosperity to Kuwait and its people. HRH the Premier praised growing cooperation between the two brotherly countries, commending the key role played by the Kuwaiti Amir in promoting the GCC and Arab cooperation as well as serving humanitarian issues at the regional and Arab level which earned him every respect.
