King vows progress march
Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has stressed Bahrain’s resolve to continue development and progress, building on the millennia-old civilisational legacy and citizens’ aspirations towards brighter future.
This came as His Majesty received many residents of Southern Governorate at Al Sakhir Palace. HM the King stressed the importance of reaching out to Bahraini people during the month of Ramadan, hailing authentic Arab values which cultivate compassion and kinship ties that have marked Bahraini society since olden times.
He commended the residents in the Southern Governorates for their honorable stances in defending the homeland and dedication to promote their country’s development and prosperity, alongside other regions of Bahrain. “Bahrain’s landmark development strides are the fruits of wise policies, whose foundations were laid by our fathers and forefathers, who spared no effort to serve the nation,” he said.
