Manama : Bahrain-based Invita, an ISO 9001:2008 and PCI DSS v3.2 certified regional provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, have signed a contract with Royal Bahrain Hospital for Cloud Contact Center Services.
The deal allows Royal Bahrain Hospital, an ACHSI and Diamond Accredited healthcare provider, access to the latest Contact Center technology provided by Invita.
Explaining the move, Jacob Thomas, Group Director – Operations & Projects (GCC) at KIMS Healthcare Group said: “We believe in process innovation and providing high quality services to our customers.
