Pakistan School honours top achievers of middle section

Pakistan School organized a grand ceremony to appreciate and award the Position Holders of the Annual Exams 2017-18(Middle Section) in its Isa Town premises on 14th April.

Murad Ali Wazir, Acting Ambassador, Embassy of Pakistan graced the occasion as Chief Guest. Lt. Col. Sikander Hayat, Advisor Military Affairs, National Guard of Bahrain, was the Guest of Honour. Hundreds of position Holder students accompanied by their parents attended the ceremony. 

Chairman Board of Members Sami ur Rehman extended a warm welcome to the chief guest, guest of honour, dignitaries and parents and offered on behalf of the Board and School his gratitude for every one attending the event. He spelt out the policy and the mission of the Board which is to make available the best quality education to the community students with all modern facilities at an affordable cost. 

In response to Murad Ali Wazir‘s demand for the introduction of O level classes, the Chairman said that Oxford system has been already introduced in classes up to 8 and O level Cambridge classes would be started soon for which already affiliation formalities with Cambridge University has been completed. 

He said that such ceremonies are encouragement and motivation to the student community and help to keep them active in their academic pursuits. 

Murad Ali Wazir, in his address praised the school management and administration for organizing such events that depict the true identity of what Pakistan School stands for. 

The school is on a positive track and heading towards to meet the educational aspirations of the community in Bahrain, he further added. 

He singled out the Chairman and the principal in his praise for working towards fulfilling the educational needs of the children of the community. He asked the school to introduce O level classes to diversify the curriculum of the school.

Cash awards to 1st, 2nd and 3rd position holders gifts and certificates of appreciation to all the Position Holders were distributed by the Chief guest, guest of honour, Chairman, members BOM and principal during the occasion. 

A Tableau was presented on stage by the students depicting the unity of the five provinces of Pakistan which was received with applause by the guests. 

Over 100 parents, a number of leading members of the community and guests were present during the occasion who praised the school for arranging such a unique event. 

Principal Attiq ur Rehman proposed the vote of thanks.
