Shura Council supports military court rulings
Manama : The Shura Council has expressed its full support of all the legal and judicial measures Bahrain has taken to protect its national security and stability against terrorism.
The Shura expressed its full support of the military court ruling recently issued against the convicts implicated in the thwarted assassination attempt targeting the BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
It praised the efforts of the security agencies in safeguarding the security and safety of citizens and residents through preemptively thwarting many terrorist plots backed from abroad.
The Council affirmed that terrorism has no room in Bahrain thanks to the people’s massive rallying behind the wise leadership, supporting the leadership in all the measures and steps taken to curb terrorist groups and elements, thwarting desperate attempts aimed to undermine Bahrain’s security and stability.
The Council also praised the leadership’s keenness on maintaining the Kingdom’s security, stability, steady progress, growth and prosperity at all levels.
