Preparations at its peak for Futsal League

Manama : Ali Al Arabi, President of the Khalid Bin Hamad Futsal League for Youth Centres, People with Disabilities and Girls in its fifth edition, affirmed that the preparations for the start of the league are in full swing and according to the plan set by the organizing committees.

The league begins from July 24 and will continue until August 23 under the theme #meeting_of_generations at the Khalifa Sports City Hall under the patronage of HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth, President of the Bahrain Athletics Association, Honorary President of Bahrain Disabled Sports Federation and organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs in collaboration with Shaikh Khalid’s Media Office.

The draw will be held this evening at 6.15pm at the Bahrain Authority for Tourism and Exhibitions’ Youth City in the presence of representatives of the participating teams in the league for Youth Centres, People with Disabilities and Girls.

Al Arabi explained that the regular meetings of the organising committee are held continuously, in order to reach the readiness required to start the event, which experiences active youth participation and is currently completing the work through the provision of players’ sportswear, and work on receiving lists and completing it before the start of the competitions, which has a Girls league this year.
