AMA to open new facilities soon

ManamaAMA International School Bahrain will officially open its new facilities for middle and high school students at the start of academic year 2017–’18.

Implemented under the initiative of Ambassador Amable R. Aguiluz V, Chairman of AMA Education System, the project aims at accommodating the growing population of students and is part of the commitment of the school in the continuous provision of excellent quality education in the Kingdom.

“AMA International School is very pleased to welcome the students, providing them the state-of the art learning environments that support the academic programmes. Enhancements include updates to infrastructure, smart boards, OHPs, CCTV Security Systems and much more,” the school said in a statement.

The new expansion will contain 100 classrooms to be added exclusively for middle and high school students.

The main and existing building will house the preschool and elementary levels.

“The project also encompasses a state-of-the art multi-purpose hall that can accommodate 2,000 people.  The space between the new and existing buildings was redesigned to emphasize the visual connection between the main and the new entrances to the school,” the statement issued by the school added.
